  • Yes, and it is willable asset which is generally not the case in traditional Retirement/Lifestyle villages.

  • No, you do not own the land. Your lease does not expire until ownership of the property is relinquished and you are also protected under the Residential Tenancies Act for additional peace of mind.

  • $119.70 per week which includes water and sewer usage, council rates, garbage collection, usage of facilities and maintenance of common lawn areas including front lawn. Depending on your financial circumstances, you may be eligible for Federal Government Rent Assistance to reduce the weekly site fee.

  • We charge a $150 administration fee upon sign up. There are no entry or exit fees.

  • New homes begin at $290,000 with all standard features and inclusions. Our largest floor plan is priced at $326,000. We also provide a variety of optional upgrades and additional inclusions.

  • Family and friends are welcome to use the Village facilities while you are in attendance. We also have an adjoining Caravan Park for Visitors if needed.

  • We are located just 1.7km from the local shopping centre and 2km from town centre. We are fortunate to have public transport services located just metres from the front entrance.

  • There is a comprehensive range of healthcare services through NCN Health which includes a Public Hospital. The Community Health Centre also provides a wide range of allied health services

  • We have exceptions for Companion or Assistant animals. All pets must be registered with the office and we ask that all residents follow basic rules so that we can maintain a pet-friendly considerate community.

  • If you decide to sell your home you can appoint an agent to do so. We do not sell any second hand homes. Those listings can be found through local real estate agents.

  • Yes, Green Palms Village is one of two privately owned Lifestyle Villages in Cobram by Libro, Mackie & Family. Oasis Village was established in 1993 and is at full capacity.

  • Yes. Caravans can be parked in our designated storage area at no extra cost.
